Children's Mental Health Week is taking place this week. This year's theme is Express Yourself.
Watch HRH The Duchess of Cambridge's video message to mark the start of the week. Please take time to read the attached posters and take time this week to chat with your child about how they are feeling. The pupils will be 'expressing themselves' this week by doing various class activities linked to the theme.
