Our class enjoyed weighing, mixing and baking individual mini Christmas cakes today in class. They researched the history of Christmas cakes and we are looking forward to giving them as gifts to be enjoyed over the Christmas holidays.
Our cakes were baked and the whole school was filled with the wonderful Christmas smell of spice.
Today Mr Crawford and Mrs Beattie iced them and added decorations before wrapping them in cling film.
