We had to scrape out the inside of the pumpkin to get rid of the seeds. Then we cut up the flesh into pieces. Mrs McMahon had to put it in a saucepan and cook it to soften it before we puréed it in the blender. We are looking forward to trying pumpkin soup tomorrow!
