Our Coronation Celebrations in Primary one
4th May 2023
Primary one have been busy this week learning all about the Coronation. They found out about St Edward’s crown, which is only used to crown new kings and queens. It is very precious and is more than 300 years old. They have also been making fingerprint flags to celebrate the special event this weekend. Today P1 enjoyed a crown parade and coin trail. They arranged their coins in a crown shape with Primary two pupils. Thank you for all the donations sent in for PTA funds. To finish everyone enjoyed a ‘street party style’ lunch which was delicious. Wishing everyone a lovely weekend.
