Outdoor Education Week in P2/3
We had such a lot of fun learning outside this week!. We went to Peatlands Park and took photos of signs of spring. We made our own non fiction book about spring using book creator. We even added sound so that P1 can read our book too. We enjoyed using the new PE equipment and some of us learned how to skip. We balanced on logs and climbed trees. We made our class scarecrow and talked about how we could join it all together and make it stand. We decided to use glue, string and cement. We talked about how the tractors have changed over time. We used the sand pit to find out more about why one of the tractors needed duel wheels. Thank you to Dorothy the ewe who kindly came to school with her baby lambs. We enjoyed meeting Scoopy and Pongo the pygmy goats. We brought our teddies to school and had a teddy bears’picnic.
