Today we conducted an experiment to freeze a variety of liquids and their changing states. We spoke about the thickness of the liquid and used the word viscosity to describe that. We discussed that the thicker the liquid the longer it would take to freeze. We timed our experiment and after 1 hour most liquids had frozen, but one had not. We will check in again tomorrow to find out if all of them have frozen.
