Thank you for all your donations which will be passed to the charity Young Minds. This worthwhile charity works to improve the mental health of children and young people. P1/2 began the day listening to music and learnt a new song. They joined coach Gary at 9:30 to begin a workout which was extremely enjoyable. The class talked about their emotions and how slowing their breathing can make them feel more calm.They then practised their finger breathing together and visualised their happy place by closing their eyes. Outside they enjoyed physical play, riding bikes, playing basketball and socialising with their friends. P1/2 all enjoyed Yellow Day.
